SACRED CIRCLE GATHERING ON 6 NOVEMBER 2014

When we gather for the Sacred Circle on the day of the Full Moon it is not just another meditation gathering.  It is a gathering to create change in your life, to touch the Centre, it is infinite, eternal and unchanging in its magnificence and power. 

It is a gathering to experience the Energy of Now, to create the crystal vortex downloaded LIVE and a gathering in a sacred space for you to receive your own insights, downloads, and messages. 

It is a sacred space to harness your power and your own enlightenment. As my dear Brazilian friend,  Mitakuye Oyasin, says it is a gathering for our selves, our relations and Mother Earth. 

Thursday 6 November 2014 is a wonderful Full Moon in Taurus with Sun in Scorpio (Beaver Moon).  The actual time of the Full Moon is 22:23 GMT London.  We will gather at 7pm for an 8pm healing meditation start. The Full Moon will happen 23 minutes after 10pm London time.  For those who want to, you can stay till then and leave later.  For those who need to leave by 10pm that is fine.   The powerful extreme Elements are Earth and Water.

MOON OF THE ANCESTORS

In Brazil my friends, Waki and Vistara, celebrate the FULL MOON. Here is the extract from their newsletter they sent me from Brazil.  Thank you Waki and Vistara.

We gather in a SACRED CIRCLE under the Moon of the Ancestors to meditate, play, sing, pray, send Reiki, Love, Light, each one in his/her own way to contribute to this event and create a wave of planetary healing and consciousness. 

Alone or in groups, visualise this BIG CIRCLE OF LIGHT that will create around the MOTHER EARTH, enter into it, offer your ENERGY and open yourself to receive all the Energies and insights that will be transmitted.  For the HEALING of the WHOLE and the healing of EVERYONE.  For all our relations. 

The Moon of November, MOON OF THE ANCESTORS or MOON OF THE MIST, corresponds to a DREAM TIME in nature.  With Samhain, the Celtic New Year, begins a new round of the WHEEL OF SEASONS.  THIS IS THE MOST MYSTERIOUS AND MAGICAL time of the year, and especially since the night of October 31 / November 1 for about 10 days, the thin veil that separates us from other dimensions is even more intangible. 

In ancient times it was believed that the SPIRITS OF THE DEADS would return to walk the earth, visiting the livings: hence the habit of leaving food on the doorstep, and write messages to be thrown into the fire so that they reached the afterlife. 

We take advantage of this space to calmly deal with this particular phenomenon of life that can by scary for some people: DEATH.  We process our grief, we honour our loved ones and remember that every loss is followed by a rebirth, it is the very thing that nature teaches us.

HONOURING MY ANCESTORS   Following Waki’s wonderful newsletter above, made me think about my father.  On some nights he would leave offerings of food and drink for our ancestors.

In Nigeria, my father, a shaman chief doctor professor, at a certain time in the night would always go round each room of the house leaving food on the doorstep of each room, while saying a prayer or incantation.  I would hear him speaking softly so as not to wake anyone up. 

Sometimes I would be awake, pretending to be asleep.  I knew he knew I was awake because he would always say good night to me; when he opened the bedroom door to do the ritual.  I would hear him opening the door of every room in the house: 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a big dining room, a TV room, a big kitchen, a storage room, and 3 toilets.  It fills my heart with joy to remember my father’ ritual on this Full Moon. It also made me remember how he would always say a prayer and invoke a blessing for me when I was going to do an exam or when I was not well. I will be celebrating and honouring him this MOON OF THE ANCESTORS.

BEAVER MOON

At this time of the year the ancients would celebrate Beaver animal totem. Native American honoured Beaver energy as they are the BUILDERS OF THIER OWN LIVES.  They are industrious and know to build their homes around this time before the hard winter comes in.  They are great at preparing for winter. Beaver Moon is a time the Native American hunters hunt Beavers for their hide, oil and fur.  It would involve a sacred ceremony as it was big protective healing medicine to their livelihood during winter. Their oil is used as a hair protector.  Their hide and fur is waterproof and warm for winter.  To the Algonquin tribes the Beaver Full Moon was the time to set traps before the swamps froze to ensure a supply of warm winter furs.  At this time the fur of the Beaver was perfect. If Beaver is not hunted now it will hibernate sleeping, the swamps will be frozen and no longer able to trap them.  Poor Beavers. Poor Humans.

BUILDER    This Full Moon in Taurus asks us to show what we have built in our lives; how we have built in our lives, where we have built in our lives; why we have built in our lives; as well as, when we have built in our lives.  It is a celebration of our blossoming and our building.  What have we completed and blossomed?  How have we completed and blossomed?  Where have we completed and blossomed?  Why have we completed and blossomed?  When have we completed and blossomed?

BRIDGES   Following the article in my newsletter it asks us to look at the bridges we have built in our lives.  What bridges have you built in your life? How have you build the bridges? Where did you build your bridges? Why did you build your bridges? When did you build your bridges?  Where the bridges helpful?  Did they produce the results you wanted?

NOVEMBER CELEBRATIONS

The month of November holds many celebrations.  Did you celebrate All Saints Day on 1st?  All Souls Day and the Coronation of Emperor Haile Selassie 1 on the 2nd?  Perhaps you celebrated Ashura on the 3rd?  I know that many will be celebrating GUY FAWKES DAY on 5th November.  The Sikhs will be celebrating the Birth of Guru Nanak on 6.  WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THE FULL BEAVER MOON on the 6 November.  All over the world people will be celebrating REMEMBRANCE DAY 9th November.  22 New Moon in Sagittarius.  On the 30 November many will celebrate St Andrews Day (Scotland) and First Sunday of Advent.

Gathering of Women

I attended a LONDON Women’s Gathering at Gina Lazenby’s; and decided to look at the NUMEROLOGY of the event.  I was amazed at the power of the numbers that came out.

We all gathered on 4/11/14.  I notices the number of 4s and the number of 1s.  It could be 111 and 44, great numbers of power.  The date 4/11/14  (4+1+1+1+4=11)  11 is a Master Number of inspiration and illumination. It is DNA. 

The date 4/11/2014 (4+1+1+2+0+2+4=13) 13 is a Magical Sacred Number to the Mayans.  It is a holy number to the Native Americans: a number of strength, revealing what needs to be unlocked.  No meeting started until 13 elders where sitting in a circle in Native America.  There are 13 major joints in the body.    There are 13 circles in Metatron’s cube.  13=(1+3)=4  4 here represents closure, an evolution of consciousness; a change.

It was nice to sit in a circle with 18 women.  Then I realised 1+8=9.  9 is a sacred number.  9 represents closure, completions. It is a letting go energy that comes before we can move on.  It is a time to reflect and review our lives in a calm practical way.  We need to know what we have achieved and what we have not achieved.  We need to celebrate what we have achieved.  We need to let go of the cycle that is over and completed or that is going no where.  This letting go is crucial to moving on and not feeling stuck.  If we do not let go we have no room for new things to come in.  Buddhists believe 9 is a celestial supreme spiritual number.  Hebrews believe 9 is pure intelligence.  Kabbalistic belief: 9 represents solid foundation.  9 is the number of fire to the Hindus (agni).

Opening Meditation In my meditation with this energy, which Gina lead with her Mother of Pearl Crystal Bowl,  I saw two angels with glorious white wings.  I was so surprised. I never see angels like that.  It was nice to see something different.  It ended with a black panther looking at me with sparkling eyes resting its face on mine.  Black panthers have always been with me so that was no surprise.  Usually they are circling around me protecting me or welcoming me.  This time I was being hugged by one.  How very reassuring to be loved by such a powerful animal totem I thought.  Every time I closed my eyes I would see the angel wings, and even when I opened then slightly!

Closing Meditation Gina asked me to end the ceremony with a Gratitude Incantation and Invocation, which I found was an honour to do.  We brought in the light from Divine to Mother Earth, which was represented by a lovely white candle in the middle of the room.  We created a flame around the circle and got everyone to throw what they need to let go of, all their completions and triumphs from the past.  Let go the past and allow the fresh in.  We called in all Upper Management and we gave thanks.  We ended with Gina playing her Mother of Pearl bowl she got from Mount Shasta in CA.  Having looked at the numerology I am please to say I now understand the power of the gathering and why we were there to build new rainbows for our lives but we had to let go first.  How very auspicious.  Thank you Universe.  Thank you Gina xxx

Energy of Now

FULL MOON IN TAURUS and SUN IN SCORPIO

This Full Moon is a good time to acknowledge your completions, your letting go, your blooming, and your individual reality. With this acknowledgement comes a Full Moon bursting, a realisation, an acknowledgment of the one practical action to carry out to take you through the chaos and worry in your mind. 

GARDEN OF YOUR LIFE What does your Garden of Your Life look like?  What weeds have you pulled out?  What weeds do you need to pull out?  What weeds have you left in? 

Intruder in Your Mind  This Full Moon helps you to identify the ‘intruder’ in your mind.  It illuminates what ‘dis-ease’ is deeply buried in you.  Do you have a fear of death?  Are you bored with your life?  Are you fed up with your situation?  Are you ‘done’ with an aspect of your life?  Are you in transition?  Are you overwhelmed with things you have to accomplish and have not?  Are you feeling out of control of a situation?  Are you taking a long time to do things?  Are you feeling hemmed in?  Are you overdue with deadlines?  Perhaps it would be good to throw away the deadlines; as you would, weeds that suffocate you in your Garden of Life? 

THE KEY QUESTION IS:  Is this Intruder in Your Mind a GOOD POSIIVE INTRUDER or a BAD NEGATIVE INTRUDER?  What is this intruder that makes you really look at your life and say to your Self: TIME TO RECYLCE YOURSELF WITH BLOOMING CONFIDENCE.  ?  This is a good intruder.  This really is a good time to recycle your mind and really see what is blossoming instead of focussing on the weeds, and overwhelming negative emotions and feelings. This really is a good time to listen to your Self, your Inner Voice, your Intuition and celebrate it.  If you find this difficult to do I am a phone call away and I can help you with this.  What are you really celebrating?  Perhaps it could be that you are fed up; and know that as a practical fact.  Remember to celebrate your listening and your knowing. 

EARTH / WATER  I love the earthy and watery element of this Full Moon.  Taurus is Earth and Scorpio is Water.  You many find yourself feeling emotional trying to be practical!  You may find yourself feeling practical trying to be emotional!  The interchange is truly  original to experience.  How are you doing?  Are you battling emotional feelings with practical action?  Are you battling practical actions with emotional feelings?  This conflict is good and important with this Full Moon.  It makes you work on BUILDING you emotionally and practically.  When you truly look at yourself you will see your blossoming and your completions and your great work.

WORKING HARD & RELAXATION TIME  Did you know that Taurus and Scorpio work hard and once the job is done they like to do simple practical things like lie on the grass and soak in the fresh air and sun.  They love picnics, touching, holding hands, feeling soft skin or fabric.  They love sharing moments with loved ones and do not like to be far from home for long.  Home is the comfort, the bed, the peaceful silence and the food.  One important thing to this Full Moon, is eating very well and filing one’s tummy up.  When did you take time to relax and enjoy the company of yourself and the company of others?  Are you finding you cannot make time to relax?  Too many things to do that cannot wait?  Even for yourself?  Then you know you have entered the rapid stream of downward spiral; to exhaustion; realising that you have a sense of ‘no life’; but JUST work work work AND doing mundane REPETITIVE things.  Time to re-evaluate with this Full Moon in both a practical and emotional way. 

DO NOT RUSH  With all the extremes of self-worth energy this is a time not to rush to make decisions.  The energy of Taurus does not like to be rushed or pushed or hurried along.  They like to make up their minds only when they are ready to.  They do not like to be told what to do, though, they tell everyone what to do; like Librans.  Try telling your partner you need something from them to feel closer to them and to feel there is a future together; and see what happens.  If they say they will do it, but they do not, you know you have met with resistance.  They many not know if they want to spend the next five years with you! You many become impatient, anxious, fearing your self worth, doubting your ‘attracting and staying ability’.  You may feel unloved.  This unease will manifest with this Full Moon.  It is as if it is showing you want needs to be brought out into the light.  Perhaps this is not a good time to rush into things and observe the reality of the emotional situation?

It is good to remember that sometimes DOING the one thing you are afraid to do breaks many barriers.

STUBBORN  How are you ‘stubborn’ with your life?  How do you refuse to budge in your life?  Where do you refuse to budge?  Why do you refuse to budge?  When do you refuse to budge?  Sometimes refusing to budge is refusing to break the barriers you have put up around you. It is you being stubborn to you and with you!  It is you refusing to listen to your deeper calling, your deeper knowing.  What is your Self Calling You to Do?  What is your time calling you to do? What are you being called to LISTEN to?  What practical action do you know deep down you have to do, but you are not?  Perhaps the need is to LET GO the need to do it and just do it!  This Energy of Now can make you aware of where you are being inflexible and unbending in your life.  Do you really need to be?  Is it serving your greater potential and purpose?  I find that the answer is a big NO.  To be solid and unmoveable like a rock making you stubborn to the core so you do not have any joy in your life may not be so necessary at this time.  I am not saying you should not have any boundaries.  I am saying look at where  your stubbornness may be limiting your greater self with this auspicious ANCESTOR Full Moon.

         

MAKING A DECISION TO PROCESS HOW YOU ARE FEELING AND WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS OK.  YOU MAY STILL HAVE THE ISSUE BUT YOU HAVE MOVED ON.  YOU ARE ENOUGH WHERE YOU ARE. CELEBRATE THAT.

EMOTIONAL  This Full Moon has its Sun in Scorpio which brings out the emotions of the Scorpio water sign; making emotions in relationships touchy and vulnerable.  The need to create boundaries, as mentioned in my newsletter, is important. The need to communicate feelings of anger, disagreement and pain is important.  What is so frustrating in relationships is, how one partner will feel trampled by another  partner, and feel a need to either withdraw or attack said partner.  This Full Moon pushes us to our underworld, to our archetype shadow side that fights for survival; when in fact, it should not!  The vulnerably that this brings up can trigger drastic action and sudden words.  Why not take time to acknowledge how you are feeling and stop pretending everything is alright?  When you hear yourself say:  “I made love to him and I have not seen him since; but I am OK.” you have the classic denial of your true emotions when you know deep down you miss him.  Perhaps it is a good time to know you need some truths with yourself. 

RELATIONSHIP Taurians, like Librans, are ruled by VENUS, Goddess of Love and Sensuality.  They are romantic and practical at the same time. Scorpio is passionate and intense.  This Full Moon is a good time to look at your relationship status and your practical behaviour in all your relationships.  How practical are you?  How emotional are you?  The two need to balance themselves out.  When talking about relationships of an intimate nature we need to address the way we behave too in our relationships.  If you want your partner to behave towards you in an intimate manner let them know; and be intimate with them too.  I always say it is a good thing to communicate your desires and wantings, in your intimate close relationships.  It takes out any guess work that could go wrong or be misunderstood.  Remember Venus is the Goddess of Love and Sensuality.  You either feel it in your relationship or you do not!  Fact.

PRACTICAL This is a time to carry out meticulous practical work; especially for those who are meticulous.  If you are not then it is a good time to carry out practical work.  What have you neglected doing that needs doing?  I would suggest cleaning out your kitchen and looking at the food you eat at the moment.  Does it support your health and help you to keep a good fit trim figure or does it just make you bloated and feel tired?  Do you need to go out in the park, go for a walk or just lie on the grass?  Do you need to just look out of your window and see the blue sky and the sun?  The world is out there to explore and to enjoy.  Make is a practical day today and do something practical and happy.  Come to a meditation with me, Toks Coker. 

GODDESS ENERGY – Ix Chel, Mayan Goddess of the Moon.

Ix Chel is the Mayan Goddess of the Moon.  She is the Goddess of Water, and Goddess of Midwifery & Childbirth.  Because she sent rain to nourish the crops she is known as the Lady Rainbow. 

She is a Weaver Goddess; who founded Palenque.   It is believed that when she weaves the whirling drop spindle in the centre of the movement is actually the true centre of the universe.   She learnt to weave by watching a Spider! 

Her Symbols are water, our Sun is in Scorpio, a water sign; hence the high intense emotions and feelings she has.  Her crystals are jade and turquoise.  Her colours are white and blue. 

Animal Totems are the Dragonfly, the Feathered Serpent, Jaguar and Rabbit.  The Dragonfly healed her for 13 days when she was killed by her grandfather.  They represent rebirth and regeneration for me.  Her Feathered Serpent represent the healing power of her medicine renovating renewing life, transforming alchemical impossibilities to gold.  Her Jaguar represent power strength agility and invincibility. Her Rabbit represent her fertility and ability to give birth and continue life on earth.  She gave birth to 4 sons with Jaguar energy.  She learnt her art form, weaving, from watching the Spider.  I love the fact that she learnt by watching.  We all learn by watching and then doing.  Her Spider represents taking action to create and build something of value – in this case her wonderful clothes which she used to seduce her future husband and father of her four sons.  Go girl.

Her Family Ix-Chel is a Moon Goddess who fell in love with the Sun God, Kinich Ahau, and had four sons with him.  The four sons were the four directions – North, South, East, West – and they each help up their own corner of the sky.  They were JAGUAR GODS and were invisible at night. 

Abusive Relationships She is a goddess who is never defeated by oppression or any form of victim energy.  Her husband was abusive to her.  She left him and came back to him many times.  Finally she left him in the night and became invisible anytime he came looking for her.  She says: Stand up in the face of violence whether physical, verbal or emotional.  She says look at all your relationships for signs of disrespect caused by jealousy, suspiciousness and negating.  She refused to be a victim.  Women and Men do not have to be victims.  We can all stand up and fight for our happiness. 

Healing  She helps heal relationships that have cooled, or frozen over.  Call on her when you need help in defrosting a relationship that is like solid ice, cold and burns your skin when you touch it.   We call on her to shower us with healing powers and healing energy to cope with and mend broken bridges in our relationships.  A very tall order I know for many.

Warrior Energy  She has the strong warrior energy – the fighting spirit to help you stand up for your rights and your life.  Call on her when you need this type of protection and you are feeling vulnerable and lacking confidence to carry on with your life.

Builder Like the Beaver energy of this Full Moon she looks after her self and her family and builds a home for herself.  She takes charge of her own life and does not rely on anyone to look after her.  She heals herself from inside out. 

Seductress   She is the weaver of life.  She weaved beautiful colourful clothes and her colourful clothes attracted the Sun God to her.  Wearing colour attracts a man to you.  She went after her man and got him with her art of seduction. 

Emotional  She is emotional and can cause havoc with her emotions; especially when she loves too much. 

Dead  She is the Soul Keeper of the dead.

Women  She helps women during pregnancy. As a woman she honoured the cycle of life and protected the fertility of women, children and the land. 

Three Aspects  She is the maiden, mother and old crone. She is the maiden, fresh, young, innocent beginning her life, looking forward to creating her life.  The mother is pregnant like the full moon – her womb is round like the full moon, bursting with life.  She is the life force within growing her child – blooming forth her creation.  She is the crone, older and wiser ready to move on.  

How do I work with her?  All negative emotions are worked through with her help. Sometimes I use her energy when helping my clients release negative emotions, memories or entities with Emotrance and Time Line Therapy.
