NEW MOON NEW CHANGE
Rebirth New Moons are times of new beginnings, births, rebirths and starting again. They are times to refresh yourself. To relax and review your life. It is also a good time to begin a new thing or project that will reward your home life e.g. gardening, improving home, buying new cutlery.
Emotions You may feel very emotional around this time and you may find that you are prone to strong negative emotional swings like sudden anger, unexplained tears, unexpected depression, or feel a dark wave of energy loom over you or in your presence. Thankfully you can have positive emotional swings too like laughter, joy and happiness.
Water Sign The Moon is the planet of Cancer and Water is the element of Cancer hence the strong emotional swings that may make you suddenly sad or happy. Remember water fits whatever container it is put into. If is flexible, flowing and moves with ease. It can nurture 
or kill. Deep like the ocean you may have very deep emotions buried under a calm exterior; and one little thing can trigger an eruption. What eruption has been triggered with the emotional water energy of Cancer in the past few days? Be mindful in the next few days.
Moon Water Drink lots of water to help wash your emotions. Drink moon water – sit water in a glass and ask the moon to energise it and then drink it and as you do so connect to the energy of the sacred moon.
The Crab is the symbol for Cancer. It moves sideways rather than come direct to the point; making it sometimes difficult to ask questions or ask for help. The crab has a hard exterior for protection and a soft interior of emotions. If you feel like retreating away from pain that is you feeling like going into your Cancerian crab shell, protecting you from the pain of the world. When you hibernate for a while and lick your wounds, you will come out to play, just do not forget to come out and play.
Intuition Your intuition may suddenly be active as you feel your power of intuition making itself felt and known. Your Unconscious Mind may make itself know. Pay attention to your instincts, your deepest feelings and needs. Record your dreams and sense the messages in them. Use your intuition to wash away what no longer serves you and cleanse your mind. Imagine bathing your intuition in water as you would your hands. Let the free flowing energy of water move your intuition and create flow in your life through your unconscious mind.
Family Time is very important at this time, as always. You may find yourself reflecting on your family and the amount of time you spend with 
them. New Moon in Cancer is a great time for spending with loved ones such as your family and close circle of friends. The sense of security, safety and belonging to a family, a tribe, a group; is a strong need at this time. There is family by blood ties. There is family by friendship ties. Each has its own energy, as well as, positive and negative karma. This is the time to heal family issues with the soft gentle forgiving energy of this new moon.
Opening Your Heart can be difficult for some people and this energy may force you to open your heart in a way you have not done. It will twist and turn your heart till the pain and realisation of the experience forces you to feel a different way and see the situation in a different way. Open your heart and allow yourself to feel vulnerable, to be intimate and to accept support from others. Also offer and show support for others. Really feel the energy of connectedness and belonging.
Healing the Natural World means go out and walk on the grass, enjoy the sun, appreciate life, go for a swim or paddle your feet in water. Our family home is MOTHER EARTH so treasure it. Earth nurtures and feeds us. Let us give thanks. Let us feel the Global Love for Mother Earth and all living on it.

Mercury RETROGRADE will end in 1 July 2014 in the sign of Cancer. Carol Ann Ciocco, Astrologer writes in her newsletter: The 6-month Personal Planet Retrograde Parade is finally over!
As you may have noticed concerning forward movement in your life, we’ve been in Retrograde-land pretty much since the beginning of the year. First, just a note about the meaning of a Retrograde phase of a planet. The planets *appear* to move backward from our perspective on earth due to their orbits around the Sun. They don’t actually move backward (it would be very scary if they did:) But the *weird* sensation of watching a planet appear to move backward has had significance here on Earth since humans first looked up at the skies.
With Mercury Retrograde we are advised to just slow down a bit, review things, schedule less, don’t begin any big projects, and just integrate what you’ve been working on since the last Mercury Retrograde period. (For us right now, that time was the month of February).
So, since Winter Solstice (12/21/13) one or the other of the closest personal planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars) has been retrograde. It’s been like a relay race, as one passed the baton to the other, in sequence :::

VENUS was Retrograde from December 21, 2013 to January 31, 2014.
Then, only 6 days later, MERCURY went Retrograde, from February 6 to February 28, 2014.
Then the *NEXT DAY* MARS went Retrograde, on March 1, 2014. (As always Mars Retrograde spans about 80 days or 11 weeks.)
Then Mars went Direct on May 19, 2014;
and, a few weeks later (as Mars was still slowly beginning its forward motion) …
MERCURY went Retrograde again, which is the current period: from June 7, 2014 through July 1, 2014.
The parade consisted of: Venus – Mercury – Mars – Mercury, taking turns in Retrograde, from January through July.
Venus and Mars only go Retrograde about every two years, while Mercury goes Retrograde 3-4 times per year. So the coordination of this moratorium on strong forward action – this ‘hiring freeze‘ – was seamlessly orchestrated it seems. We have been forced to cool our heels or be met with some level of frustration for pretty much the entire first half of the year.
The good news is, things start back to life on July 1; and the full Retrograde effect will be completely behind us by the end of July. At that point, both Mercury and Mars will be back to the place they left off before their U-turn to ‘run back to the house and get something they forgot’.
So August and September are green-lighted. Then on October 4, 2014, Mercury will go Retrograde again. The entire month of October would be hot anyway, since we have another Total Lunar Eclipse (the 2nd in a Tetrad spanning this year and next) What’s interesting is that Mercury Retrograde book-ends the two eclipses (and the Time Between Eclipses) to within days. This will be a special time of inward-looking and integration of the Cardinal Cross.

Happy Full Moon in Sagittarius and Sun in Gemini
Friday 13 June 2014 is the First FULL HONEY MOON in almost 100 years. It will not happen until June 2098! Enjoy.
We celebrated 13:13 and 13:13:13 on 13 Friday June 2014. We all gathered together around 7pm to celebrate this wonderful evening. We enjoyed meditating peacefully with crystals (clusters, skulls, aliens, wands), candle lights, an African Ankh, powerful healing invocation and prayer. We happily share our completions and achievements; and eating lovely home baked cake from Maz and strawberries from Janet. Thank you Maz and Janet. The pictures capture the magic of the evening. We went to Primrose Hill to drum, sing and dance around a tree under the wonderful full moon. Caroline taught us some songs to sing as we danced round the tree. People came to join us in our singing and dancing. We laughed and sang so much. Janet said “Toks I really need to teach you to sing.” And I sang even louder! LOL. Thank you everyone who came to make this is truly memorable evening. See you next time.

How angry have you become lately? Who has upset you? Why? When? How? What happened?

What did you learn about yourself? About the other person? About the other people involved?

Did you or the other person not bother to take any action? Was there a misunderstanding? Did Person B send a text and say ”I am very sorry that you have become angry and if I have caused this please forgive me, it it really is not my intention, but at least we can part ways without further hardship. All the best for the future. Love and Light xxx” Did Person A feel apologised to or feel listened to or supported when receiving this text? Did Person B really feel sorry if this was a pattern of behaviour of Person B of always being nice and then saying horrible things and making Person A angry and cry? Person B has a ‘Jackal and Hide’ personality and always covers it up by being nice after the hurt has been inflicted on the wound is still raw and bleeding. Where do you do this to others? Where are you being a victim of a victim? Where are you making someone a victim?

What is a Jekyll and Hyde personality? This is someone with a double personality, each personality is different and totally opposite of each other and very distinct. One side of the personality is nice, innocent, nice, calm, easy-going, prayerful, amicable, helpful, kind, respectful, honest, and understanding. The other side is not nice, is cruel, unkind with words, quick to anger, may even be calm and withdrawn in the deliver of anger in his speech and in the delivery is the cruelty and the violence and the horrible nature coming out with wicked and immoral action, words, thoughts and energy. This not nice side may appear calm yet be violent and
explosive in deliver and effect – the effect is to render the other person immovable, stuck, crushed and immobilised. For me this bad side is like bad energy, bad air, bad water, bad fire, bad earth, bad ether. It is like a bad smell or stagnant water that breeds mosquitoes that feed on your blood, like a vampire feeding on your energy. A Jekyll and Hyde personality is like a vampire that sucks your energy before you suck there’s. -
What REFRAME did you do in your mind to stop you being upset by the other person? What action and thinking did you adapt to help you not be upset by this situation? For me I accept my anger and my feelings and take ownership for them and allow myself to feel them. Then I release them so as to free myself to be free to live my life and not be tied up to the energy of anger.

Sometimes we can change a situation and sometimes we cannot. Sometimes a distressing situation can be healed and both parties become involved in the healing. Sometimes whatever you do does not help to change a situation and you can agree to part ways. But sometimes I ask is this always the best way? I insist there must be a way of parting that is healing for both. Not just one person turning their back and walking away without a dialogue or discussion to agree a way forward. Sometimes I feel we do this when we do not want to face our hearts and open our hearts up to more learning and move love. Is it better to part suddenly and without warning? What is your pattern?

The other side of anger or disagreement or misunderstanding is; if it is coming and triggered by past events. You see, Person B may have issues that go back to chains of past events that have triggered the anger or misunderstanding so that the Jekyll and Hyde personality comes out to play and Person B attacks Person A to protect the wound in the heart and keep the layers around the heart shut and covered like an onion layer. Life is so intriguing. Person A and Person B cannot work together. So sometimes the threat the anger rises in you may be from a trigger from your past that may be irrelevant to the actual situation in front of you. It may be that it really is a time to be mindful of what we are angry about and what is triggering the anger because the person in front of you may not be the reason of your anger but the trigger of the anger – an anger buried in the past e.g. a divorce, a breakup, your daughter or son telling you that you are evil, a mother or father telling you that you are no good and shouting at you all the time, a mother or father walking out on you so you walk out on people whenever there is a conflict. Is the anger irrelevant to what is happening now? I will bet that most anger is! -
So the question I ask you – when you know someone needs something from you do you deliberately and/ or even unconsciously sabotage your ability to help them and thereby sabotage their progress in achieving something they want to achieve?…. and thereby control them? Do you? Really think about this question.
