i. Cauldron & Fire

LEO IS A FIRE SIGN and likes to shine and be seen like fire. Fire illuminates and burns. Leo fire likes to illuminate and shine the light on creative happy warm friendly moments. Leo fire wants to burn away pain and stagnant energy and to rise like a phoenix from the ashes. Where are you going to rise like a phoenix in your life?

The Animal Totem for Leo is the LION, whose family is his pride and joy. The lion likes to relax with his family and share happy moments together. It likes to be seen and noticed. If you feel like being seen and noticed around this time you know why. You are being influenced by the energy of the Leo. Spend quality time relaxing with family and friends. This is a time to be generous and warm.

The CAULDRON is a three-legged metal pot made with the four elements (earth, fire, air, water). Practically; using the element FIRE, it boils and cooks food over an open fire. Spiritually, it cooks herbal remedies, potions, paper spells and ingredients. Magically, the cauldron has many uses e.g. as a powerful ritual ceremony tool, to store treasure by the leprechauns; and to birth new things. What new thing are you going to birth this NewMoon in Leo? Mentally, how are you fighting inside of you? Do you have two lions fighting inside trying to decide what to do; where to go; how to do something and when to do it? All this wrestling inside your cauldron is so important. It can be chaotic, confusing, exhilarating and mind blowing! All this is reflection reflection reflection. You are ‘boiling’ your life in your great magic cauldron of your mind and then when it is ‘boiled’ you can use it to rejuvenate yourself. What wonderful meal are you going to cook in your ‘cauldron’?

ii. The Sun, 11 Vestal Virgins & Prometheus

This Leo energy reminds me of the 11 Vestal Virgins who perform a ceremony at the Temple of Hera in Olympia, Greece; where the Olympic Torch is kindled by the light of the SUN. It also reminds me of Prometheus the Greek God who stole fire from Zeus the Great Greek God; to bring down to earth! How brave and majestic was that! What great action are you capable of this NewMoon in Leo?

iii. Fire Rises Upwards & Excuses

Fire rises Upwards. It flickers and moves upwards dancing with the air and forming patters in its magical dance. Why not look into a flame and see the dance of the flame and the message it is giving you today?

Sometimes we are too full of doubt to want to flicker or move upwards. WE want to stay down. We want to not move. We want to be stagnant. This is a time to be aware of all the excuses we make in our lives: I am to fat, I am too old, I am too young, I am a mother with children, I do not have the time, I am not e to be aware of all the excuses we make in our lives such as I am to fat, I am too old, I am too young, I am a mother with children, I do not have the time, I am not young like I used to be, I am all alone, I am single, no one loves me, etc. etc. The list can go on for a long time. What would you add to it? See what I mean. The energy of Fire lifts you up; it says “Come on let us get up and fight these negative doubtful low abiding feelings. Let us ignite a spark in our lives. Let us bring out the fighting spirit in us. Let us bring out the rebel in us. Let us bring out the warrior energy in us. Let us rise and rise and rise.” This is a time to rise up and stand up. That is the energy of NewMoon in Leo.

iv. Authenticity & the Authentic Promise

This is the time of feeling free and alive and alert. You want to not conform to someone else’s ideas of what happiness is for them. You want to live to your sense of happiness and what that means for you. There is no need to be a people pleaser any more. There is no need to spread yourself thin and exhaust yourself. This really is a time to reflect on your life and yourself and create new boundaries. WE have been talk ing about boundaries for a long time. New Moon in Leo is a time to having Clarity like the lion that makes up his mind and then steps into action clearly and decisively. It is a time to Centre Yourself and be at One with yourself, in yourself and for yourself. Be at one with what you are doing; Consciously in a Centred You. From Your Point of Centre make your Choices in a wholesome way: you have many possibilities with this NewMoon energy. Choose to do something because you choose to do it, not because you are told to do it! The energy of this time is decisive and forthcoming; it is strong and determined; bolding taking steps forward in your leadership quality; as you lead Your Life. It is a time to Commit to Yourself and Your Life and take the Challenges as they come. This is YOU living your Authentic Way.

v. Pain Blocking & Pain of (Not) Completing Things

What does it mean to be in pain? How do we know that a pain is blocking us? How do we know the difference between a pain and a blocking pain? How do we get to know our own individual pain as opposed to someone else’s pain? Are you walking your talk or your pain?

Why is it so difficult to complete (start) things? How do we constantly live in the pain of (not) completing things? Why do we live in the pain of completing things? We want to complete something and it takes us so long to do it. We live in a world of ‘pain’ of ‘not completing’ and ‘completing’.

What pain are you hiding? What pain have you buried? What pain ‘shouts’ at you from underneath your skin and is ‘crying’ to erupt? THAT is the pain that needs addressing. So many people are hiding their pain under smiles and politeness. Are you? What pain ‘shouts’ at you? What pain ‘digs’ at you?

What do you have in your pain? Be aware of your pain, your pain blocking and your pain of (not) completing things; and own it! For me PAIN is Power And Innocence Neutralised. In Innocence we have Hope and Joy and Laughter and Happiness. In Power we have Leadership and Wonder and Reputation and Authority. Pain is anything that blocks our happiness. For me it is old energy manifest in the now that needs healing, transforming and removing. Then set aside time to heal yourself of the pain by booking a session with me.

vi. Creativity & Passion

New Moon in Leo is Creative energy. It is time to create something new with passion. It is time to do something new and different: something you have not done before! It is a time of New Energy and New Friends and New Projects. What new thing will you start this NewMoon in Leo that needs attention and people to notice? What new thing will you put your energy into? How will you spice up your life with this energy? Perhaps you could spice up your life with a new dress, a new relationship, a new car? Perhaps you could do something creative like recreate a new look for yourself or your home. This is a good time to create something that requires an audience like a new website, a new play, design a new shoe. Do something creative that excites you. Do something creative you are passionate about. Bring out the playful showy child in you and shine shine shine. It is also a good time to play like a baby lion and take risks!

ACTION: Happy New Moon in Leo

New Moon in Leo is a time to do something new with passion and gather with family. Leo energy likes to stand tall and proud and show off what they have and what they have achieved. They also like an audience and their family around them. I am going to share two experiences of New Moon in Leo

This weekend, my intuition kept telling me to go to a family function and I did not know why. I was surprised as it was a function I never attended and I never wanted to attend!!!! But I was being guided to go, so I did. I connected with family members I had not seen since I was a child and won a raffle price! I was received with abundant love, numerous hugs, amazing warmth and obvio us joy. I could not believe it. I was overwhelmed and honoured by the gift of family. I felt happiness and joy in my heart. Thank you New Moon in Leo.
I learnt and experienced something new this weekend. I went to the Prudential Ride London to watch my brother, Julian, ride. It was so different from cheering marathon runners like my other brother, Jeremy. I could not believe how quickly the cyclists rode by as I stood watching them. It was disheartening as I felt I would not see my brother on his bike. However the New Moon in Leo did not let me down. I saw him and he saw me and waved at me as he zoomed past me. How auspicious. I was so happy I jumped up and down screaming and saying “That is my brother. That is my brother!” I became a little girl jumping up and running after the bike leaving the picnic behind!!!! Thank you New Moon in Leo.

Prudential Ride London on Sunday 4 August

My brother, Julian Coker, was one of the many cyclists who rode 100 miles / 160 kilometres at the Prudential Ride London on Sunday 4 August; to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. Finally feel and notice the difference in the power and energy of both images in your body, your mind and your energy. Now breathe that difference into your being. Feel the merging within you. Feel yourself stand strong, focused and centred in your power and your life.
