I am so happy. I just came from my belly dance class and I feel alive like a galloping happy horse. There are Two New Moons in the month of January and a Full Moon on Valentine’s Day! The Year of the Horse is starting with a bang. What newness are you feeling at the moment that you did not expect to feel. All so inclusive all these feelings and movement within your heart. Transition Well we certainly are leaving January now. How was your transition from 2013 to 2014? How was your settling into January 2014? I found it very challenging and disabling as well as enabling. I thought this is what this year is about – changing paradigms and having alchemical shifts and insightful breakthroughs.

URANUS is the unpredictable planet that rules freedom loving Aquarians. Aquarians like their independence and freedom. They have many friends and form very very few really deep friendships. Sociable, friendly, they love group interaction, and lots of synergy and synchronicity with laughter. Aquarians make fine homes that friends like to sit in and talk in and laugh in. I love Aquarian homes.

The symbol of Aquarius is the WATER CARRIER – giving the water of knowledge to others….. New Moon in Aquarius may find you giving the water of knowledge to others – a humanitarian quality. Greek mythology sees Aquarius as a Rain God pouring water on a dry earth to fertilise it.

Support Help Protection Horse will help you battle a ‘war’ and will lead you to peace. There was the movie ‘War Horse’ a few years ago, showing the use and value of horse energy in human life. The Babylonians, Greeks, Attila and Genghis Kahn (a horse) and native Americans used them. A Horse can be ferocious as well as gentle. They do not like to be controlled or be told what to do. They will kick and rant and protest. Think of an angry horse and you have an idea of what I am talking about.

2 EXERCISES: New Moon in Aquarius & Chinese Year of Horse

EXERCISE 1: To Call in Your Horse Energy

Close you eyes and call in the energy of the Horse. Note the colour of your horse: a White Horse, a Gold Horse, A Red Horse, A Green Horse, A Silver Horse, A Blue Horse?
Observe the horse slowly and watch it move and dance and jump freely in the field.
Call the horse to you respectfully and gently yet firmly.
Look deep into the eyes of the horse and send love into the eyes of your horse and feel your horse sending love to your eyes too.
Now invite in the quality of the Horse that you will be working with this year. Feel the horse whispering to you and talking to you. Feel the magic message from the horse. Receive the messages.
Please remember to write down the messages you received from your horse so you do not forget the messages after the exercise. Gr8 work..

EXCERCISEB2: New Moon in Aquarius Meditation

Stairs We will walk down down down down down the stairs and before us we will see a wonderful garden of flowers, trees, benches, fountains, and butterflies. In this sacred wonderful space we feel safe and serene. We feel the energy of the light and healing of this space in our body, mind and spirit. We feel our energy recuperating; making us feel refreshed and rejuvenated. We feel at peace and serene.

Call Back Now feel you being in control of you and call back all your fragmented bits of you to sit back with you. Release the fragmented parts that do not belong to you and send them back to the person they belong to! Well done. Take some time to do this.

Memory Being in full control of your being remember everything you need to remember deep in the silence of your energy vortex. Feel yourself go deeper in this part of this meditation.

Sacred Me Time As you sit or lied down remind yourself that this is is a time of relaxing, for repairing, for letting go of the world and all its troubles. This is your Sacred Me Time where you treasure and love yourself. In this Sacred Me Time you are letting go of tension, fear, worry, anxiety, greed, anger, stupidity, sadness, grief, loss, despair, loss, stupidity, any other negative thoughts and emotions. You are letting go of the world and all its troubles. You are letting go of your family, relationships, etc. and all its troubles. Give up all feelings, thoughts, habits, behaviour that do not promote love and wellbeing. You are sitting only in your sacred peaceful Sacred Me Time. After you have let go all that you can Fill yourself with love, peace, grace, freshness, happiness, healing, deep deep peace within you, compassion, eternal love, eternal bliss, courage, compassion. No one bothers you in this space. You are topping up and filling up your energy frequency with loving energy. You are topping up. You are resting, relaxing, going deeply within, recuperating, repairing, filling yourself with love and light and joy and blessings of eternal happiness.

Tears Calling in a t ear of joy to your eyes and feel the bliss of the tearful joy. Sense yourself from before birth, to birth to childhood, to growing to your present age and feel safe and protected and surrounded by love.

Bring all the happy energies of your life into your heart – you are safe and whole and complete. Really sense you are loved by your loved ones (whether or not they love you).

Now send love – really send them love in love light and surround them in love light. Send a pink cloud of love to them. Send soft pink petals to them. Let this always connect you to love. Send to whoever needs your love and your light and you beam them directly now and beam them from your heart to their heart. Then let go – do not hold on to this. It is an easy exercise to help you release and give unconditional love.

Wisdom Being Call in a wise and loving being full of compassion and wisdom. Ask a question you need an answer to tonight. Ask for what you need and listen to what you are told. What does this feel like? What does it look like? Just listen with your inner ear with love. There is no time or space – like in Star Trek – going where no one has gone before. Listen for the answers within you. Really call forth the answer into your life.

Book: The Wrecking Ball by Juliette Kandur

Email received from the writer: My name is Juliette Kandur and The Wrecking Ball is my first novel. Whilst it is fiction there are some incidents within the novel which are based on actual events which were reported to me as part of my research.
The section describing the meeting with the spiritual healer/reader and the subsequent meetings with and guidance from that healer is based on actual meetings which took place with Toks Coker with Hands of Light.
The initial reading with Toks as outlined in the book was a major catalyst in exposing the betrayal and fraud which is at the heart of the novel. The first reading was devastating in its accuracy and was the precursor to the unravelling of subsequent events.

What have you always wanted to receive and never dared to ask with a loved one? Write it down.
Once you have done 1 & 2, find your loved one to role play this with you.
1. Make sure they have also done questions 1 & 2 as well.
2. Then you both share it openly and lovingly in discussion.
3. Then role play the practical parts willingly respectfully and lovingly. For example you each take 3 hours in your role play before you change roles.
4. Give each other feedback throughout the experience and role play. Communicate.
