Energy of Now
Now & Before: Now we have the Super Moon, the Full Moon and the Grand Trine. To get here we have had a build-up of energy over the past few days in June. There has been collective and individual sufferings and vulnerability (war, death, illness, sad diagnosis of health, etc.) There has also been joyous celebrations like birthdays, births and triumphs. Grand Trine: We have the Grand Trine happening throughout this Summer in the water signs of Cancer,
Scorpio and Pisces; which will make the next few months emotionally unpredictable; stirring up lots of emotions. Get ready all of you out there, who have strong water signs in your chart. This is a time of great good fortune with great emotional and spiritual healing! This is a time to delve into your emotions, your feelings, your senses and really swim in the sea (water element) of your emotions, feelings and intuitions.
Grounding: Take time to take practical grounding (earth element) actions this month. Take Practical Action: Only in the DOING is the true KNOWING. Doing is practical action. It is not daydreaming. It is delivering results and seeing the real practical results. This is a time to really look at your career and how you are working and paying bills and serving your life with the various ‘arrangements’ you have in your life. Are your practical actions serving you in a grounding practical way?
Truths Vs Lies: This Super Moon reveals truths and lies no matter how small. This time will see all this being revealed with the glare of the Super Full Moon. Are you living your truth? Do your words match your actions? Are you just saying
you can do something and do not deliver what you say you can do? When you do this, are you lying to yourself and to the person/s you are saying this to? Are you following through? Remember the Truth is revealed with the energy of the Full Moon. The veil or mask will be removed; so the light of truth can shine on your life and on their own lives too. Your eyes will open when you realise you have been caught out; while others may begin to think of you as a person who does not keep their word. You see, dear child, energy will make sure that the ‘lie’ is revealed; and that your practical actions are inadequate and do not match what you say you can do; or will do; or you are learning on the job and not an expect!!! You would not like it if someone did that to you; so perhaps you could stop “lying” or “cheating” your way through life!!! How many of you are doing this today? So own up to your limitations and let the light of new learning and new truths ignite your heart.
Chakras & Lies: In spiritual life a small lie affects your Chakras. Do you know the effects of lies on the Chakras? I will be doing a workshop on this soon.
Awakening: This is a time of Awakening to your real life and embracing it and living fully in the awakening of your True Self; in a practical way that touches your heart. This is a time to honour your land and your sadness. This is a good time to express your emotions and welcome in support from people into your life. There is deep personal healing and cleansing around this time. Remember we must not forget the water element of the tears that my flow suddenly, unannounced, unprepared and unexpectedly. We must not forget the practical actions that need to be taken so you are living your life. You do not want to be a living dead.
Are you a Server? And I say to you “Are you a Server of the Divine Plan?” “Are you a Server of the Light?” “Are you the Divine Plan?” “Are you the Light?” This Super Moon brings forth a flood of tidal waves of light over the surface of the earth and this filters through the atmosphere to everyone. Everyone on earth will feel something from the healing light and rays of the Super Moon. They just may not realise that they are and that is OK. An attitude to detachment may help you around this time but it may be difficult. Being detached from your personal life when you are serving the light is easier said than done. Most healers find this easy to do but not always.
Exercise to Be a Server: To be a Server We anchor the portal of light on earth with our hands raised to receive and our hearts open as we look up to the Super Moon and receive the messages we download. We call forth your bliss and your joy and your feeling of inner knowing as always. We call forth the practical energy to take practical action with strong feelings.
Omens Signs Symbols: With a Super Full Moon we always have extreme emotional feelings and with this full moon in Capricorn we will have practical action clashing with strong emotional feelings. We remember moments in our life as we journey in the now looking for a sign that we are on the right path. But I tell you, you are on earth, so you are on the right path! So you know you are here to live a life to keep yourself alert to your nourishment of mind, body and spirit. Any darkness of ignorance is confronted by the light of the Super Moon; which shines the light of truth, integrity and service both individually and collectively. Keep yourself alert to the omens, signs and symbols coming to you.
Mirror: As the light of this Super Moon shines on you it becomes a mirror shining back at you. This Super Full Moon is about looking deeply looking at yourself; and saying “This is me. This is who I am right now. This is what I do. This is how I do it. This is me.” How many people can say that to themselves, let alone, in front of everyone. We will be doing an Exercise to bring in your statement of your real truth.
Exercise to be the Captain of Your Life. Thought follows Intension & Intension follows Thought. Energy follows Thought. Be aware of your inner Pilot and say “I am Captain. I am Captain of my Life.” Close your eyes and say that aloud and then say it silently with your eyes closed. When you are the Captain of your Life you can sit and relax putting your feet up because you have taken action that reward mankind and you.
Relationships: This Super Full Moon may make you look at your intimate personal sexual relationships. Sometimes people grown apart in a relationship and sometimes they stay together. Sometimes they shout at each other and sometimes they love each other. This is a time for you to look at what you can ‘see’ in your relationship; and to ‘find’ what you need to ‘see’ in the clear light of this Super Full Moon. Have you found love in a ‘hopeless place’? Can you accept that a relationship is over when it is over and there is nothing you can do to make it ‘happen’ or make the person fall back in love with you or simply love you.
Psychic Drain: Some people just do not know how to love another! Some people just psychically drain another person in a relationship making the person feel drained and tired. These type of people are ‘sucking’ the energy of the person and are like vampires! Be vigilant about how you feel around your intimate relationships: are you energised or drained? Remember your true essence and light will be drained by energy suckers!
Lessons Learnt: Are you blessing the lessons learnt in your relationships? Or are you repeating relationship patterns that upset you like going out with the same type of person? Then you need to book a session with Toks to get rid of this habit of repeating bad habits and dating the ‘wrong’ person. Speaking to my friend, Janet McMurty, in 2009, we both agreed that sometimes we have to just accept that a relationship is over and there is nothing you can do to bring it back! She stressed the need to bless the lessons, the teachings and the joy and laughter shared before the change or transformation to pain. Sometimes we may want a love back or a job back or a person back in out lives. Sometimes we have to shine light on our own life and see the blessing, learning and gift in our relationships that hurt us; as well as; those that make us happy.
Asking: The greatest spiritual gift you can give yourself is to ask for help. You ask for help through prayer and invoking a blessing for yourself. You aske for help by going for what you ‘feel’ and ‘know’ you need. So you were told “Do not ask what you have no right to know!” You got angry! You got upset! Well energetically you will always know deep down the real truth of a situation – you may just not have the Light of Truth on it.

I went to Greg and Tanya’s wedding now Mr and Mrs Gregory Kuzdenyi. I was enthralled
by the energy of the number 3 throughout the wedding. I enjoyed the music of three lovely entertainers I called the Sound of the Holy Trinity; and the three lovely bridesmaids I called the Three Goddesses.
These lovely ladies were graceful, gracious, beautiful and loving. All are good marriage material and we bless them with the gift of a happy marriage and a happy life with the energy of this Super Moon. I really enjoyed the Sound of the Holy Trinity: Karolina Hall, Anke Marais, Charlotte Johnson. The voice of Charlotte was amazing. Listening to the violin was marvellous with the piano coming in with a caress of the soul was truly empowering.

Homework
- Do all the exercises above. Read the blog again and do them.
- DO something totally practical and see an immediate result
- DO something practical with your heart in it.
- BE gentle with your emotions. Allow them to surface.
- Work with the element of water e.g. drink more water, shower, swim, walk in the rain! Drink water and let the water nurture and nourish your physical body; merging water and earth.
- Do exercises that marry your spirit with your body and your mind; especially concentrating on the body and spirit. Involve the body, then the spirit and then the mind and fuse into oneness within you.
- Make a decision to say nice thing about one person in your life, for a week and see how that makes you feel
- Focus on what you do have and give thanks.
- Celebrate your gift the next 3 days
- Ask for help today
- Look at an area you are feeling vulnerable now and be there for a second. Then look at the same area and ask yourself: “ Where was I strong in this area? Where am I strong in this area? Where am I strong in my life?”
