ENERGY OF NOW: Moon in Taurus with SOLAR ECLIPSE(Element: Earth)

This is a time to link with Mother Earth and be aware of her greatness and magnificence.  It is a time to look at your practical life in a realistic wholesome manner and make some new actions and write some new plans; then carry them out to fruition. Time to seed your dreams and desires.  Taurus is an Earth sign.

The Solar Eclipse reveals and hides, veils and unveils, creating a moving ‘ring of fire’ that that is amazing to see and to meditate on. Call in what you need to see and what you have not seen.  Call in what you want to concentrate on in your life right now and really ‘seed’. This is a good time to work with the Solar Eclipse as it highlights the Shadow side of your life.  What do you need to look at now in your ‘shadow’?  Then the Eclipse lights up and makes a ‘Ring of Fire’ and says something new is here now, and something has been taken away, and a new beginnings is here for you if you choose to take it.

The New Moon brings in new ways of being e.g. planting a ‘seed’ in your garden of life.  You would pull out a weed in your garden.  Why not pull out the weeds in your garden now?  If you find that you are ‘holding on’ (like a weed in a garden) and not ‘letting go’ of any situation and you keep trying to keep it – yet deep down you know it is time to change  – a change that will make you happier…… yet you do not?  Be careful.  This is the energy of Taurus that likes to hold on and not let go. We all need to know when to begin something new and when to let go of something old or new!  Once we let go the ‘old’ way or the ‘new’ way that does not serve us, we invite in the new way that does serve us.  What do you need to turn your back on?  What do you need to face?  Do you need to face each other?  Meditate to know when to let go in your life.  Mediate to know how to let go in your life. Pray and ask for help: Dear God, please help me to turn my back on……   Dear Good, please help me to face………

This New Moon I am seeding a new action. I am going to Venice for the first time and I am spending the NewMoon in a new location and seeing a new way forward.

I celebrate this New Moon with great joy because what I planted with my clients a few New Moons ago has bloomed; and in the blooming is a new beginning…..  I will share the story with you

A few New Moons ago a lovely couple (handsome man and beautiful woman) came asking me to help them have a baby.  They had tried everything and I was the last hope.  We worked with lots of issues such as fear, worry, anxiety and inability to conceive.  She was able to hold the baby and carry it through and deliver with ease.  My beautiful client had a baby boy and called me over to see her baby and gift me a lovely necklace from Tiffany! She had been trying to have children for a few years and this was her first successful attempt. Baby Boy is now a few months old and everything is wonderful.  We did an Invocation Blessing Marriage Family Ritual at the weekend and that was just so auspicious on many levels.  I danced with her baby as I predicted I would.  Her husband said “Toks, you know you said you would dance like that with our baby and you showed us how you would hold and dance with our baby months ago; and today you are doing the very thing you told us you would do.”  I am so so so happy.  Live Long and Prosper my lovely clients who now call me ‘family’.  Thank you for my Tiffany necklace.  Thank you for sharing your lovely family with me.

ENERGY OF NOW: Full Moon in Scorpio & Sun in Taurus with PARTIAL LUNAR ECLIPSE(Element: Water/Earth)

SCIENTIFIC: A Lunar Eclipse happens when the earth is in the middle of the sun and moon – the earth blocks the sun’s rays from striking the moon. There is always a Full Moon with a Lunar Eclipse and a New Moon with a Solar Eclipse. This Lunar Eclipse is a partial lunar eclipse. ECLIPSES come in and complete each other.  They come in pairs.  This eclipse portal has 3 eclipses. This is the first of five eclipses in 2013.

1. Partial Lunar Eclipse on 25 April
2. Annular Solar Eclipse on 10 May (Ring of Fire)
3. Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on 25 May
4. Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on 18 October

ENERGETIC: All Eclipses are emotional times.  Lunar Eclipses are more emotional than Solar Eclipses and they can affect us on a deep level and we may not even be aware or conscious of the changes that are occurring in our lives.

OLD MEMORIES: They can bring up old memories and feelings making you feel confused, overwhelmed and in crisis. Previously unexamined areas of your life will light up into your awareness with a lunar eclipse; forcing you to look at your patterns and behaviour.

COMPLETIONS & ENDINGS: Lunar Eclipses come with the Full Moon which means they come completing things or ending things with a lot of emotions.

EMPHASIS: They emphasis things in your life and make you look at the crisis around you. Sudden unexpected emotions or events or issues may erupt causing disruption, pain, and may have long term effects. The feeling of uncertainty can be overwhelming: making you cry and feel anxious and alone. The days before, during and after an eclipse can be unnerving and unpredictable but the transition will bring in fresh air into your lungs. 

BLESSINGS: Eclipses come with blessings.What blessings are you drawing down to you today and tonight?  As you call in your blessings and appreciate what you have received bless yourself and others. Feel the fullness of your life today and celebrate it joyfully with movement.  Move your body (earth) and Feel your flowing body (water).

HEART OF THE LUNAR ECLIPSE: Connecting through the Heart of the Eclipse helps you to feel your heart and to take responsibility for your relationships – your valuable relationships. Do not assume you are happy: breathe in happiness and dance in happiness. QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER: What was hidden and is now revealed with the lunar eclipse? What are you ending? What has ended with this lunar eclipse? What old emotional pattern have you let go off? What habit have you stopped? What person/people are you letting go of?

CHANGE YOUR SELF TALK: MAKE IT HAPPY  This is a time to be aware of your self talk, to change your story is to change your life.  Full Moon wants to celebrate accomplishments and freedom NOT imprisonment.  Do not let the story you tell yourself imprison you. PLEASE do not let your story imprison you.  This is a time to be free. Be aware of the ‘story’ that imprison you.  What story are you telling yourself? Do you not want to stop reciting these stories to yourself? Which story is running your life now?  How is your story ruining you now? Do you find yourself saying: “I can’t live with myself any longer!” “Are there two of me? Or one of me? How many am I?”    All this is negative self-talk.  This is the shadow side of the eclipse.  The voices and feelings in your head, body, mind may consume you to want to self-harm or do something you would not normally want or think of doing.  BEWARE negative self talk about yourself and others as this can twist you up inside and outside!  This awful dark pain in your body, mind and spirit is the impetus to move you to the light of relief and no pain – IF you have had enough of the pain and you are ready to move on and out of the pain energy and pain body.  Let the efforts you make for yourself help you to follow a great dream for yourself.  This is really a time to balance both sides of your nature.  We all have a positive and negative side: the ying and yang.  We are all seeking balance within and balance in the environment to. Make your Self-Talk Happy and you make others Happy.

JOURNEY THROUGH THE FRUSTRATION: Full Moon in Scorpio is passionate, sexy and intense; and with the Sun in Taurus the energy becomes practical, earthy and safe.  This combination of energy makes you think about your money situation and your sexuality all at once.  Frustration with this energy can erupt into anger and arguments.  Sudden quick responses may or may not yield good results.  The energy can swing from one thing to another.  The one good thing is that all the frustration, pain, and hunger in you makes you a want to change and creates a tornado [water]  in your life to balance and calm [earthy].  If you let your story inspire you or teach you something; you will move forward with aspiration.

My brother JEREMY COKER ran the Virgin London Marathon on Sunday so we went to support him AND celebrate  him.  http://www.cokerassociates.co.uk/ 

We made sure we did not miss him this year as we missed him last year.  We all spread out along the route to greet him.  I was waving a pink boa and wearing bright yellow to celebrate him. We were fortunate to be at the front of the line and greeted him at Canary Wharf at 30km and Westminster after 40km.  Atiti Sosimi and her children were at Victoria Embankment.  Remi, my sister, was at the finishing line to greet him.  It was a very challenging time for us spectators: shouting and cheering everyone to keep going on!! 

My highlight of Sunday was my brother hugging me when he saw me at Canary Wharf. I will always remember the look on his face – a look of pure joy and surprise and happiness.  I will carry it to my death.  I cried as he continued the marathon.  When he saw us again at Westminster he gave us a high five. I am a proud big sister. He was so happy he saw everyone he said. It was different from last year. It made him feel supported and loved.  “I love you Jeremy, my brother.  Well Done.”

Energy of Now: New Moon in Aries

Aries is an Air Sign.  Aries is the sign of the Warrior: ruled by Mars, the Warrior Good, the God of War.  Aries Red is the colour of vibrancy, love, sex, courage, confidence and life force.  Aries wants to be seen and noticed and recognised. Aries wants the attention.  Aries wants to lead and show by example.  Aries wants to achieve and achieve and achieve.  This really is a time to show your sexy vibrant personality and shine the light on yourself and enjoy the limelight. 

Tantrums & War: Aries is the baby of the zodiac and may tend to ‘cry’ when it does not get its way.  Watch out for areas where you may ‘cry’, scream, shout, get angry, etc. when you do not get your way. Watch out for provoking tantrums and ‘war’. 

Reflection: The past few days have seen many people doing lots of things such as completing things, beginning things, not finishing things, and ending things.  That is the past.  Let us now concentrate on the new now with this new energy.

BE Vs DO: What have you been DOing as opposed to BEing?  On a positive note to DO is to take action in a practical way and to BE is to live in the now gloriously.  What I have been finding is that some people are DOing and taking practical actions and living their lives; while other are BEing in a dream and not taking action. We can all meditate and sit cross legged and think of world peace; and I ask you: What happens after the meditation?  Do we take action to create the peaceful vision of world peace we saw in our meditation; and move this peaceful vision into our own personal environment?  No?  Yes? 

Seeding: New Moon in Aries asks us to look at planting a new seed in your life right now.  Like starting again. You may have achieved so much already, you may have completed so many tasks you set yourself before this New Moon energy.  Congratulations.  This is a time to plant new seed, to look at beginning again in a more innocent way: like a baby learning to walk.  We say to you go plant new seeds to flower a happier life for yourself.

Collaboration: Form a collaboration! This collaboration is about joining with someone or a group of people.  It is not for a life time: it could be for a week or a day or a month or longer.  Just seed the possibility of something new with another person. Share. Share.  Share.  Nice statement: “It will be so good when it is done.” 

Something New: Do something new this new moon.  Do something you have never done before.  Do something you have not done for a long time so it feels new. Aries asks us to look at starting something new in your life especially where nothing was there before.  This stand alone, taking action with great initiative spirit is working with the energy of Aries.  Bring out the initiative spirit in you and strive forward and DO something new.  Captain Kirk of Star Trek says “To go where no man has gone before.”  Be a trailblazer from inside out.  How do you know it is time to begin something new?  You feel it and do it. Simple.

Overwhelmed:  When feeling overwhelmed try moving towards what you want e.g. a bottle of water; and moving away from what you do not want e.g. a lion at your door.  Sometimes our self talk can overwhelm us.  Be aware of your self talk e.g.  “Your should do this….” is not self motivating and can be overwhelming.  What I find most useful is reframing my ‘self talk’ and DOing something that empowers me.  Be aware of how you overwhelm yourself! Being limited in choices can make a person overwhelmed; as well as having so many choices.  Knowing your options can help you feel less overwhelmed.  New Moon in Aries is a good time to clear up options, update values, priorities values and set new decisions and make new choices. 

Simple:  Choose to do things in a simple way.  Begin in a positive state like a child.  “Today I choose to do simple things like make a cup of tea for myself and sit and listen to nice music for 15 minutes.”  “I enjoy my own company and have an inner smile and an outer smile on my face.”   

Comparisms: Always compare your ability to your own ability in the past; and not to an expert as may make you feel overwhelmed and inadequate.  Remember if you compare yourself to an expert you may feel overwhelmed and give up easily and exit the situation!  Remember to ‘Exit’ when you have learned enough.  Remember ‘Not to Exit’ too early in life and loose an opportunity to learn something new. Really aim to take ‘baby steps’ as you learn new things and new ways.  Just because you feel overwhelmed or you do not understand is the sign that you are about to get to the BREAKTHROUGH; it is not necessarily the time to quite and exit and step off.  Accept you cannot understand all things, but just trust that you know yourself right now and you will know more later.  Turn “I do not understand this.” and “I will never learn this.”  to “I totally understand this.” and “I totally learn this.”

Feeling Energy: Everything is Energy.  Addiction is energy. Money is energy. Trauma is Energy.  Sex is Energy.  Energy clusters create blocks in the body that cause addictions, trauma, and feelings of lack. These blocks can run in the family so when we look at the ancestral history we see a pattern of addictions e.g. a chain of generational addiction.  This is all energy.  In treating blocks or dis-ease in the mind body and spirit, what works in a private session for a person (to make the energy soften and flow) is the rapport between them and the practitioner; not the technique used. It is my belief that people want to feel what fits for them, what is congruent for them.  People want to choose their own comfort zone, their own feelings and their own healing.  Empowering a person to learn to feel their own energy is amazing when great rapport and trust has been established.

Internal Objections/Rejection: How people choose to deal with their own internal rejections and objections to change vary.  Some want to hold on to the objection/rejection believing it ‘defines’ them and that it has made them who they are.  Others want to let go slowly.  Others want to let go quickly.  We will be letting go of an internal objection/rejection in this meditation. 

Creativity: Aries is a CARDINAL sign making it creative and inventive.  Sometimes the most creative times are spending time in the bathroom relaxing!!!!.  How do you protect the balance of your life with this energy of the NewMoon in Aries? When do you activate your creative and inventive energy? 

Selfish: This is a good time to think about yourself if you constantly think about others.  BE selfish if you always think about others.  Think about your self for a change and be selfish and focus on you.  Take time to relax with yourself and bring out the trial blazer in you, to take action to what you are wanting in your life right  now. With this new found determination go forth and conquer. 

Careful: Aries is confident, forceful, determined, bold and very masculine. If you find yourself being impatient, impulsive and not listening you know that the energy of Aries is influencing you now around this time. Aries Day is Wednesday, today.  Aries need to be free to be able to do what they want.  They cannot stand being entrapped or enslaved.  They like to relax when they want to relax and not be told to relax!!!  Aries may tend to start things and not complete things to!!!!

Ram: The Animal Symbol for Aries is the Ram.  The Egyptians associated Aries with the god Amon Ra.  The horn is meant to represent NEW BEGININGS – spring is here – the flowering of the seed is the POTENTIAL of the individual.  Aries is about the individual.  Like Nelson Mandela said in the speech written for him by Mariam Williamson “Let you Light Shine.”

Feedback from last Workshop: Full Moon in Libra, Sun in Aries 27/3/2013

I have been to a large number of events, seminars and workshops over the past 7 years (both as participant and crew, in the healing world and in personal development). I have also worked for the world’s largest seminar company for 2 years (Success Resources). For me, Toks and her work shines at the very pinnacle of it all.

After 6 years of Amazing Moon Meditation Workshops with Toks, I have to say that this one was something else entirely. It was one of the most powerful spiritual experiences that I have ever had in my life. When I say spiritual experience, I mean something that I was central to i.e. it came through me and was me. It didn’t happen to me.

This Meditation Workshop was Primordial. We went back to the Beginning and then we went Beyond the Beginning. I Consciously experienced my Higher Self, my True Self. I felt like the Universe, the Timeless void from whence we all came. The Depth of Being, the Vastness, it was Magical

It wasn’t just an airy-fairy, pie-in-the-sky experience mind you. We also did five exercises, exercises that involved us drawing symbols that we visioned whilst in the meditation and more. This enabled us to not only Ground our journey, it also meant that we can re-visit the Magnificence of this workshop i.e. our Primordial/Higher Self through the exercises that we took home with us. Pure Genius.

After the workshop, I was in a state of Love and Joy. I felt Total Love and Acceptance for myself and everyone and everything in the whole world and I was absolutely Joyous because of it As Esther Hicks and Abraham would put it, I was in my vortex.

To put this experience into context, since my early days at secondary school, I have struggled with a deep seated depression. This came hand in hand with a volatile, rage filled hatred. A hatred that I pointed squarely at my family though more than predominantly, at my father. Suicidal tendencies (and attempts) also developed. In short, I have, for at least half my lifetime, intensely hated everything about myself and my life. So for me to come to a place of love and acceptance of myself is beyond a miracle. I am not through it yet though I have definitely been through the worst of it.

The need for balance is very strong with this lovely silvery round full moon.  Have you looked up at it tonight?  It is glorious.  As always the extreme emotions are celebrated with this energy of now.  Libra is balance, justice, harmony, peace, beauty, family, togetherness, love; and very indecisive.  Aries is decisive, impulsive, active, destructive, war battling with chaos and change in a very decisive manner.  Aries is Self. Libra is Relating. Aries commands and insists. Libra persuades, negotiates, compromises, discusses. Aries is bossy. Libra is not as Libra seeks balance, harmony, peace. Libra is tactful and Aries is not. Libra is the scales, seeking harmony and balance and inner peace with all. Aries is the warrior, courageous and fiercely independent. ACTION: Full Moon in Libra & Sun in Aries Action

This Full Moon really celebrate your achievements and your completions.  What did you begin this year and what have you finished in March?  For a minute just think about the last 3 months.  Look at your life this year and see what wonderful things you are celebrating about yourself with this Full Moon in Libra with Sun in Aries.  Libra celebrates the beauty of the mind.  Aries celebrations the warrior spirit of determined action.  Time to celebrate  your own personal development and realisations.

This Full Moon I am celebrating some inspiring people I met this year; as well as, my achievements and completions.

My archetype card I picked at Onya’s (Aine Belton) Mystical Manifestation workshop on 27 January, the Full Moon in Leo, was ‘Teacher’.  Allow me to celebrate my wonderful students I taught Indian Head Massage to, at Morley College on 16 February.

In March I travelled to Glasgow and did an EFT training with Helen Walker, and her assistant, Sonia Grant.  They teach the same tapping therapy as Gary Craig, the original EFT Master, and his daughter Tina Craig.  http://www.eft-guide.com/helen-walker.html.  I met some very interesting ladies on the course too: Kay McCandless www.c-t-c.org and Marivi  Prescott www.minddetoxwithmarivi.com

I have just successfully completed a 4 day course on the Fundamentals of Psychosynthesis at the Institute of Psychosynthesis with Maggie, Theo and Steven; and have a certificate to prove it. New Moon in Pisces Energy

There are 7 planets in Pisces with this NewMoon in Pisces:  Moon, Sun, Mercury, Mars, Venus, Neptune and Chiron.   

Sensitive: You may find yourself feeling sensitive: needing to be protective of your true needs and not confuse them with other peoples needs.

Doing the Wrong Thing: You may find yourself doing something that you do not really want to do; but you do it because the other person wants you to do it with them.  Make sure you are doing what you want to do with this energy.  You may find this difficult to do. 

Confusion: Be a healer to yourself!  Be aware of your thinking and your actions and aim not to be too confused by all the information around  you. 

Love Boundary: Working with the energy of Venus: Do not be blinded by loved ones.  Be discerning and define your boundaries.  What is the point of letting someone cross your boundaries if it makes you cry? 

Intuitive Action: Take intuitive action with the energy of Mars.  Make sure the actions are actions that inspire who you. It helps if the actions you take inspire who you are TO YOURSELF.  If the actions you take do not make you cry with pain; then they are the correct actions and they must make you happy. You are then in your flow. 

Crying: What I find most intriguing in life is when we follow our true dreams we feel we can be of service to the world; and when we do not follow our true dreams, we tend to cry! or scream or rage!  Which do you do? 

Discerning Lessons: Remember to be discerning when you learn the lessons Pisces energy brings you.

Symbol: Two Fish Swimming in Opposite Directions = Feelings

The symbol for Pisces are TWO FISH swimming in opposite directions.  We see immediately energy Flowing in two directions at once!  We see polarity North/South. 

Negative: On a negative note this is Opposition, Contradiction and Confusion. This is Inner Turmoil. The two fish set against each other: Self sabotage and Self undoing and Self-sacrifice. Within this symbolism is Indecision, Inconsistency and Changeability. 

Positive: On a positive note it is Seeing Two sides of an argument. It is being sensitive and trusting the process. It is about looking at both sides.  Collaboration. Negotiation.  It is reasoning between two minds.  It is Cause and Effect.  It is about creating beliefs and faith.  It gives rise to a DEATH and REBIRTH from the chaos caused. It is the long awaited RISING of the phoenix or dragon.

Fact: I am told Pisces is the most spiritual of all the signs because it is the last sign of the zodiac representing death and birthing.  I am told that Aries as the first sign of the zodiac is the baby of the zodiac. 

Incarnating as a Piscean: When one incarnates into the energy of Pisces one is taking on a full grown spiritual evolution; which can be hard for the incarnate being to manifest in its highest totality in human form.  Because of this inability to evolve to this high note frequency, Pisces may sink into dreamy states, escapism, laziness, lethargy, blame and ignorance; confusion, uncertainty and isolation.

Time Out: Just take some time out – lie down for an hour or just fall asleep and gather your energy back to you.  When you wake up you may feel a lot better as you collect your ‘new’ revitalised energy back into your self.  

Breakthrough Energy of Pisces: This sinking, this ‘break-down’ essence with Pisces is part of its ‘charm’ as it enters through the ‘break-through’ to your realisation.  This is the Death of the old way to the Birth of the new way.  What has to die so something can live? What new idea, way of being, innovation, motivation is coming through for you today?

Pain: This watery energy can produce tears you may try to hide; but the pain and annoyance you feel with your own self will be felt deeply; as well as; the pain and annoyance with the other person or people involved in the situation. You must cry. 

Blame: You must acknowledge how you contributed to the situation even though you will want to still blame the other person/s.  You will still have to make sure you do what you have to do; and make sure you honour and complete what you have to do with this energy; and not leave it alone once you get yourself back into yourself: even if you find yourself still blaming the other person!  Welcome to the energy of watery Pisces.  

Intense Inside You: This energy really makes you look at yourself forcing you to re-define your ‘new’ self and to re-shape your ‘new’ viewpoint.  To feel aligned to who you are takes courage from within you – NOT outside you.  If you feel disconnected or feel internal discord in you you know it is time to really go within and link in to your intuitive mind and your time line!  No more excuses or blaming. Take time out to sit with yourself.  Imagine yourself sitting deep in the ocean of life.

Old Vs New Did you have a plan for the day and set out to achieve it, only to change it later; and; then realised that it would have been better to have stayed to the original plan instead of changing it.  Perhaps you feel you should have stayed at home and kept to the original old way of doing something?  Hindsight is always better.

Doing the Wrong Things: Stop being busy with doing the wrong things.  For example: You have one priority – to find free parking at a venue you will be at for a week – and then go home to do the other important priority.  You drive to find free parking space in an area you will be for a week and you do find two streets with free parking.  You are happy and have achieved your goal.  You head home to achieve your other priority. On the way back (though your mind intuition tells you not to) you park the car to buy flowers and walk around –which is a good thing – but your car gets hit by another car and your wind mirror is damaged!   Who do you blame?  The driver of the car as you watch the car drive off with you sitting in the car realising you have just been hit by another car?  The flower shop?  Your boy/girl-friend who wanted to buy the flower? Your self for not listening to your intuition?  Intuitively you know that the actions you are taking are not serving you in your best interests.  Your boy/girl-friend will be happy with what they have bought.  The flower shop has made a sale.  Your car has been damaged and will incur a cost to you.  We really need to stop being distracted by the wrong things e.g. your boyfriend, your girlfriend, the flower shop!

Serving You: This really is a time to look at really what SERVES YOU.  Love yourself more.  Listen to yourself more.  Honour and Revere your self.  Really a time to live your life well.  It will be difficult not to feel dreamy or lethargic’;  lost and hazy;  as well as, confused in your indecision.  You may not feel you are sure of the decisions you are making as you feel you are making all the wrong decisions that does not serve you. 

Lessons: Remember to learn the lesson Pisces brings for you this NewMoon.  Pisces teaches you to be compassionate, creative, imaginative, caring, intuitive, romantic, empathetic, loving and beautiful.  It also teaches you to challenge your escapism, laziness, addictions, self-sabotage, ‘slavery’, dreamy procrastination, abnormalities, delusions, unfaithfulness in love, living-a-lie and living-in-a-dream world. Pisces is changeable and hard to pin down.  Ask anyone who is married to a Piscean!  The main challenge for Pisces is not using its powers in a selfishly destructive way. 

Teaching: NewMoon in Pisces teaches us that true Enlightenment cannot be given, taught, or bought! It is a state of life achieved through continuous disciplines, principles and cosmic universal truths.  This is a deep mystical fact!

Pisces is a water sign  Water loving fish feels, making them very sensitive and emotional.  They are emotionally prone to hurts and upset. Because they do not always check if what they feel the other person feels; and do not check to clarify their feelings and the other person’s feelings; they can be prone to misunderstandings, conflicts and strong dislikes for no real reason. They have to be careful not to be physic vampires manipulating and draining the life force of those around them. Take care to really dialogue this NewMoon in Pisces. 

Pisces is a mutable sign.  Mutable makes it changeable, adaptable, flexible and always seeking change.  They love chaos and like coming up with solutions and communicating them.  They love detail and beautiful things.  They love to share what they have with close friends and family.  They need to be appreciated.

Neptune is highly spiritual full of compassion, beauty and sacredness.  The energy is mystical with lots of shape shifting.  You may feel like mixing with lots of people and suddenly withdrawing and retreating from the world.  Neptune is dancing and moving with the world.  It is romantic with creative poetry and art moving with its own rhythm; like the sea soft, calm, and captivating.  The deep unconscious is very powerful around this time.  You swim or sink with the energy of Neptune. You dance your ever shifting life.  Neptune cautions us to be careful of being deceived and escaping from life.

Jupiter rules Pisces and Sagittarius.  Jupiter = Good Luck.  Jupiter showers luck, possibilities, optimism and good fortune; helping to keep Pisces on the right track.  Jupiter likes healthy living like sports and eating healthy.  Jupiter encourages deep healing and reasoning.

A NewMoon in Pisces action is doing random acts of kindness.  Regular acts of kindness with this energy is very important. If you want to be happy be kind.  Go out and serve others.  There is a helpers high when you are kind. Being kind needs boundaries and we do not want to over-do being kind.  If you find it difficult to be kind to yourself try being kind to another person. 

EXERCISE: Do 5 acts of kindness a day  If that is too much do one random act of kindness a day.  For example clean the corridor of your flat, clear clutter in the old persons flat, go  shopping for someone who needs help. Smile at someone you do not know. 

EXERCISE: Look for examples of Kindness in your life and around you.  For example see the kindness in a smile given to you on the tube.

1. What do you need to bury in your life right now?  Remember: if you are digging up old wounds and then after bringing them up; burying them again! – you are not ready to move on.
2. EXERCISES
   1. For the next 15 minutes I am going to focus on myself.  I am going to breathe into my body closing my eyes and feeling a blue sea of peace in my body. I am going to let the blue see surround me and see myself swimming in the blue sea of peace. 
3. Look at your life right not and look at where you feel you are doing something constructive; but in reality you are doing nothing constructive. Or you are not as constructive as you think you should be.
4. Remember who you are. What needs to be done to get the momentum you require in your life right now. Do it.
5. Did you know that FEAR stands for False Evidence Appearing Real?
   1. List the fears you have. What is the false evidence in your life that you are making real?  Fear of rejection. Fear of loss. Fear of Self Esteem. Fear of power. Fear of responsibility. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of opportunities. Fear of conflict. Fear of confrontation.
   2. What is your greatest fear at the moment?
   3. Fear is ‘expensive’!  What has fear cost you?

ENERGY OF NOW: Full Moon in Virgo (Element: Earth/Water)

FullMoons are always emotional times; as both the sun and the moon are in opposing signs of the zodiac; todays energy is Moon in Virgo (earth)  and Sun in Pisces (water).  FullMoons are not an easy time to achieve balance as plans may not have gone as you wanted.  FullMoon are times to celebrate what is ‘full’ in your life, what has come to fruition, what has been completed.  They are times to balance extremes

Full Moon in Virgo is practical, methodical, inspirational and dynamic in a productive kind of way.  These 4 men (Daniel, Paul, Glen, Marcus), for me, give the different quality of the Virgo energy.  Virgo is friendly yet reserved.  Virgo is kind yet strict.  Virgo does not suffer fools gladly and they do not like time wasters.  They seek excellence in whatever they do.

This is a time to focus on your work and what you have achieved. This is a time to focus on your health on a physical level looking after what you eat and your digestive system. This is a time to be of service to others in a way that is secure and profound. This is a time to be organised, sensible, practical and diligent (earth) with personal sensitivity, feelings, psychic intuition, a relaxed global vision and creativity (Pisces).

Try not to be too critical and analytical (Virgo Earth). Try not to be too dreamy and unrealistic (Pisces Water). Try not to ignore how you are feeling or thinking. Virgo is not emotional, imaginative, sensitive, ungrounded and dreamy like Pisces. Pisces is not practical, realistic, pragmatic, organised and ordered like Virgo. We can see how opposite they are; and how this time can be difficult for us all; trying to find balance in the chaos of these two extreme qualities.  We can work with our dreams (Pisces) and take practical (Virgo) action to manifest them. 

This FullMoon in Virgo removes what is fake and illuminates what will work and what will not work. FullMoons reveal what needs to be seen or what is hidden. The energy of this time focuses on what works  in your life; and what has order and stability for your life (Virgo). It teaches us that if something is not working then we need to learn the lesson and move on to what will work. 

If you find yourself tidying your home, office or garage you have been bitten by the tidy Virgo energy.  This is a good time to focus on areas you may be making sacrifices in, or need to make sacrifices, or areas you should stop making sacrifices (Pisces). This is a time to change and surrender to the full transformation of who you truly are now. The transformation will involve a lot of confusion and a lot of disorientation.  It will trigger some forgetting and some remembering.  It will activate deep emotional pain that will surface for you to work on in a practical way. 

One symbol for Virgo is the feminine pure Virgin representing purity and innocence. Virgo is ruled by the God Mercury looking at life and present situations.  Pisces is ruled by the God Neptune looking at past, death and rebirth.  My favourite quote at this time is  “If you cannot handle your emotions how can you handle your money?”

ACTION: Full Moon in Virgo Action

I watched the movie,  Abraham Lincoln,  and saw how Lincoln kept his vision to achieve his ultimate goal: the abolition of slave trade.  There was so much opposition to this great vision and he stayed the course, and did not give up the journey till he achieved his goal and celebrated it. Fabulous acting by the actor, Daniel Day-Lewis, he deserves an Oscar.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln 

What action have you completed this full moon in Virgo? What action have you completed; or are you in the process of completing?  I am referring to actions you took, that saw you moving through obstacles and blocks to your vision.   Are you going through actions now, that see you, moving right now, through obstacles and blocks from yourself and or others? 

My Experience: I shared a vision with some people who told me they would do this and do that; and they did not fulfil their words with the proper actions; so I let them let me down and I cried.  The tears are the water of Pisces and the vision is the earth of Virgo.  I am going to continue with my vision without them.  To say something; and to follow up what you have said with action; are two different things.  A person should commit to what they say otherwise they are not honouring their words.  They may be letting themselves and others down; creating a negative spiral all around what they come in contact with.  I choose to celebrate my vision this Full Moon in Virgo; and not give up my vision.   Thank you Abraham Lincoln for the teaching in your life.  No wonder I had this experience; as Virgo forces what practical work energy you stay with; and what you leave. I now know what will not work, and I have learnt something new.  Thank you for the learning and the moving on.

Symbols of Aquarius focus on humanitarian goals and loving to share knowledge with humanity.Aquarius is an Air sign. Aquarians like their independence and freedom and love communicating. They like to stand back and think about things, a very air quality. They are a very mental sign always thinking and living in their mind.   Aquarius is a fixed masculine sign.  Two planets that rule Aquarius are unpredictable Uranus and cold Saturn.   Two symbols of Aquarius are the Water Bearer or Water Carrier and two aqueous blue undulating lines of waves .  Aquarius like to flow from one situation after another with easy.  They do not like being controlled or being told what to do.   They make friends easily and like social gatherings.They tend not to form deep relationships so can be seen as cold and aloof as they are not emotional or affectionate by nature. Discernment: Take great care with decisions you make this year.  I would suggest you take in the energy of discernment in your decisions for your career, work, relationship, etc. Do not do anything out of stress.  Be careful with money.  Do not rush into anything this year.  Think a few things through first.

Wisdom: Snake are intelligent, sacred and trust slowly.  They are noticeable, strong, commanding attention and respect wherever they are. Snakes break themselves free from any restriction to what they want.  They can be possessive and sensitive all at once. This is truly a sign of wisdom, shrewdness, cleverness and acumen.

Valentines Day:  Love Day: 14/2/13

Some of you will be alone on this day.  Some of you will be with a loved one on this day.  Some of you will not even think about this day!  Some of you will cry and some will not.  Some of you will feel lonely and some will not. 

Feeling of Love: Whatever your situation energetically put yourself in a feeling space of love and breathe in love into your life now.  Close your eyes and imagine yourself surrounded by gold light and feel yourself secure, safe and loved in this gold circle of healing loving light.  Do this every time you are feeling vulnerable. 

Call in Love:  Set a positive image for yourself and call in the energy of love into your life. Call in Love that lasts all year and all your life. Love that is not dependent on another loving you to feel loved. Call in Love so that Everything is curable from within you. Express what the power of love is  to you; and how you want to experience it.  Breathe in the magic of life and teach yourself to have a habit of magic.  Results may not be showing now but do not give up hope now.  Know results are manifesting underneath; like a bamboo tree that takes a while to grow; because it first plants deep roots into the ground before it sprouts up! 

Partners: For those with partners do something loving for your partner.  Sometimes a cup of tea goes a long way to caring for a partner.  Perhaps singing off tune!  Think of something you have not done for a while with your partner that they liked and do it. Silently pray for togetherness and more blessings while you are making love. Thank your partner for the qualities they bring into your life. Do something together even if just sitting cuddling watching TV. This is about quality time.  Be proactive and initiate a new action in your relationship.  You will be surprised how rewarding this can be.

ACTION: New Moon in Aquarius Action

Bounce back when you have been bounced. Learn resilience.  If anyone says something negating you just bounce back by believing in yourself and going back to your goals that nurture you.  If your goals do not nurture you; you may not be in flow with your inner true self.  Call in the energy of Aquarius into your actions and boldly step forward determined to learn from your mistakes or any knocks.

What will be covered in the Meditation Workshop

1. We will cover all the above and more such as sacred geometry and ancient thoughts. 
2. We will work with snake energy to bring in intuition, inner reflection, inner intuition, ‘outer’ intuition, finding the answers within, gathering knowledge, studying, personal karma, and making bold decisions.
3. To bring in flow, tie up loose ends and help shed layers that no longer serve us and create a new slate; we will be meditating on Dakini – Goddess of Wisdom, Durga – Goddess of Strength and Protection, Kali - Goddess of Creation & Power, Lakshmi – Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity, Radha – Goddess of Devotion and Love and Tara – Goddess of Universal Compassion. 
4. To anchor greatness and wisdom we will be working with the Anunnaki, (the extra-terrestrials from Sirius who follow the order of Melchizedek); and the Atlantians who were taught by the Anunnaki and served the Law of One, building the Great Pyramids around the world. The Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt is geographically located on the centre of the earth.

1. Spend time with your mind and feed it positive thoughts about yourself and your life

Just see yourself honouring the goddess energy of you, the divine aspect of you, the alchemical resurrection of you.

5. Clean your home and let out the negative energy and let in fresh light energy

6. Colours:  Invite in bright colours into your life e.g. put fresh flowers in your home, office.  With the energy of the Snake New Year wear orange for good fortune, prosperity and good luck. Give money in red envelopes.

7. Forgive one person this New Moon in Aquarius.  Feel the sense of freedom as you do this.  When you hold on to resentment or anger there is a chain attached to that energy and to that person.  They may not feel the depth of your rage, resentment or anger being oblivious to it!  So you may be carrying this fury in you around you for years, months, and even centuries!  Drop the load and let it go.  Aquarians have an uncanny ability to be detached and move on. ENERGY OF NOW: Full Moon in Leo & Sun in Aquarius Sunday 27 January 2013 Element: Fire

So what are we celebrating with this FIRST FULL MOON of 2013? A completion? A beginning? We celebrated the FIRST NEW MOON Friday 11/1/13 with the numerology of 13 on Sunday 13/1/13. How truly auspicious was that for us all. The response was truly wonderful. See Feedback from Last Workshop on 13/1/13 below.

Polar Opposition: FullMoon is all about extreme emotions and opposition as the two opposite sides try to balance their emotional turmoil created by coming together on the FullMoon.  With the FullMoon in Leo and Sun in Aquarius we have two elements and two totems. 

• The main element for this FullMoon in Leo is Fire and the Animal Totem is the Lion.  The Orientals have temple lions protecting them ferociously. Leo is the sign of passion, courage, family pride, expressive communication and regal appearance.  The Cat Family is known for its stately regal lazy movement and fast sudden quick movement. They love to laze in the grass and relax and enjoy the world. 
• The other element for this FullMoon with Sun in Aquarius is Air and the Totem is the Water Bearer.  Aquarius is the sign of the collective gathering of people.  They are thinkers, thinking globally, about mass consciousness,  believing in equality and diversity, believing in unity of the collective.  This can make them appear detached, living in their minds; so can be aloof without meaning to be.  Aquarius pours the water of peace nurturing mother earth: is group awareness and world service.

Leo is a fire sign and Aquarius is an air sign. One flames up and the other floats in the air. Aquarius is expansive air. Leo is creative fire. Leo is about me me me – the individual energy. Aquarius is about us us us – the collective energy, world service, group awareness. This is Me vs Them. Leo is singular. Aquarius is plural. Aquarius is impersonal and likes people around them enjoying themselves. Leo is personal and likes people around them admiring them!

Emotional Strings:  During the FullMoon we have two different emotional responses all at once. Leo is passionate, showy, expressive, dramatic, and  worldly working from the dramatic heart.  Aquarius is detached, living in the mind space and working from the mind.  Trying to decide which way you swing in your behaviour can be tiring as you may find yourself becoming short tempered, vulnerable, unsure and then suddenly happy, relaxed and sure!!!!  You may feel you are doing so much and not getting any recognition for all the good you do.  You may suddenly feel like a raging fire and then like a calm waterfall.  Suddenly you cry and shout, then you become rational and want a cuddle!  You enjoy the intimacy of sharing: but with Leo energy, Leo must choose who they share with.  They do not want just anyone.  They want someone they can show off with! 

Challenge: FullMoon is all about emotions – so be aware of any feelings that arise making you feel not loved, not appreciated, not wanted, not included and not valued. You really need to address all this and push yourself through all this dis-ease, towards where you really want to go, and stop limiting behaviour patterns that absorb and consume you. Use the Aquarius mind to think rationally and use the Leo creativity to create a vision for what you want in your life right now. So go out of your comfort zone and do something with others that highlight a good quality in your life.

Positive: Feel the essence of royalty in you, your self assertion, your self awareness, your self consciousness & your self emergence.

ACTION:  Full Moon in Leo Action

Dreaming: Every great idea/vision/goal/mission begins with a dream.

Facing our Fears: We have to hold our hands with our fears and take the leap into the future like a bird learning to fly for the first time.  When we take the leap we celebrate our triumph over our fear/s.  This full moon in Leo is the time to remove from our vision ‘what if’ and ‘I should have done that ages ago’.

Observing: When you look at both pictures on either side what do you see?  What we decide to see is what we decide to see. What we decide to do is what we decide to do. When we decide to do something we have to carry out the action of doing it. Using our senses sensibly enables us to drive our life forward.

Preparation: Two weeks ago, with the energy of the first new moon in 11/1/13, many us us gathered on 13/1/13, to create our Vision Board knowing that by the first full moon 27/1/13; we would have fulfilled some of them or would be on out way to fulfilling our great mission for 2012. 

Action: What action did you decide to do; and then carried it out, to fruition or almost fruition; with this lovely energy of the Full Moon in Leo energy element of fire? This FullMoon in Leo is the time to celebrate your life in a soulful and spiritual way.

5. We will be looking at how you are thinking. Are you thinking only of your self and being consumed by your self?  Or are you thinking of others on a grand scale?
6. We will be celebrating your achievements as it is TIME to show off your achievements after your NewMoon desires have come through.

Feedback from Last Workshop on 13/1/13

Celebrating the New Moon in Capricorn 11/1/13 & 13/1/13

Shahana Yasmin: The healing energy that Toks offers in her workshops (and in her presence) are so very powerful and nurturing.  The intensions set in the energetic space always draws back some very fruitful results.  Thank you Toks for your unconditional love and light.  My alchemical resurrection was finding my truth again. The exercise that moved me the most was the vision board exercise.

Juliet Humphrey: The exercise that moved me the most was the Blessing Invocation exercise we did.  My alchemical resurrection was putting intention into the year ahead.  I loved the flow between open flow and compassion to strict teacher!

Gary Reich: I just came back from a healing retreat in Brazil and it was so amazing to experience here in London a very powerful closure to the exercises I did there. The energy in the room was super charged. The Invocation Blessing exercise (pairing and greeting into each other’s eyes) moved me the most: it was super powerful and self-empowering. I liked the sacred space created by the snake energy and the group energy was open and balanced.

John Sergent: Toks creates the perfect loving and creative space for you to go very deep and express your truth, let go of all the unwanted blocks, as well as identify and clarify your life.  This workshop cleared all my doubts and worries and allowed me to look forward to the coming New Year with a delicious excitement and dynamism.  The space was great, warm and cosy.  My alchemical resurrection was my own empowering.

Mary London: Wearing white was a new thing for me in this inspiring space.  I enjoyed most the exercise on writing my goals within a positive group energy. Toks energy is greatly inspirational.  She is a wonderful teacher.

Project Manager: A brilliant workshop at the right time of the year (the beginning) to let go of the past and to set new goals and a vision for the year ahead. Today I looked inwardly, enabling me to focus on my mind. I have never been to anything like this before and I found it easy to participate and get energy and motivation. Everything was done within a nurturing intimate environment with Toks’s love, depth and wisdom.

Homework

1. Decide to charge forward into your life (like the galloping horses in the above picture) and accelerate 3 things in your life to make progress.
2. Go out and celebrate your life today e.g. go to the movies, have a hot chocolate, go dancing, etc.
3. Help someone without expecting anything back. 
4. Dress up and show off with the regal royal energy of Leo the Lion.
5. Be kind to yourself.
6. Stop complaining for one day and see the difference it makes in your mind, body and spirit.
7. Call someone you have not spoken to for a while and say hello.  Tell them how much you care for them.
8. Collaborate with someone.
